What’s up with CJ?

Their account manager was down for 6 hours straight today, and they’re not talking about it, not during the down time, not after it.

When I finally am able to log into CJ, I KNOW that I made double the sales CJ is reporting for yesterday. Again, there’s nothing in the notifications area mentioning that they faced some issues, nothing is the brand new RSS feed they launched, not one email to publishers. Nothing?

  • sometimes after an outage it takes several hours for the reports to catch up. Give it some time and see if the reports update.

    What is annoying me is not the stats I am (not) seeing, it's the fact that CJ is not talking about the outage nor the delay in reporting anywhere. that's something that needs to change for CJ to keep it's position as the affiliate network I do the maximum business with and more importantly, to survive in the changing world of e-business.
